San Diego and MEME shirts

So i have had an amazing week and I just know that I am going to have another amazing week, because I met someone who I really like, and he likes me too! amazing, I know. someone actually likes me, hah. On saturday I went back to Sabbat in san diego, had a few drinks and danced to some industrial and ebm with my new friend. the next day I went to Belmont Park after a long drive back to san diego from Temecula. We found a shop called the Shore Store. Apparently on the MTV show 'Jersey Shore' there is a similar store that is a screen printing shop. They had a bunch of awesome meme shirts there so Chris and I both got a 'FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU' shirt in black.

 We also saw a 'FOREVER ALONE' shirt that we also wanted. So cool! Even though the Shore Store was pretty cool and decently priced at about $25 a shirt, there are still less expensive alternatives to getting a meme shirt or any kind of screen printed shirt. At any store like Wal-mart or Target you can buy iron on transfer printer paper for 4 or 5 bucks and a plain t-shirt in the craft aisle. You'd be spending about 10 bucks altogether to make a homemade screen printed t-shirt. Have fun!

my new wig

So shortly after my accident i was convinced that i will never feel feminine again with a shaved head and that a wig just would not cut it, but I was pleasantly surprised when i purchased a wig from annabelles wigs and i put it on, it made me feel a whole lot better, and it wasn't itchy. the quality of the wig is superb for the price and it was the style and color that my shaved off hair was, so i feel like myself again when i put it on. i decided to take a few pictures of myself sporting my new, lovely wig. and everyone please check out annabelles wigs! they are affordable, good quality and did i mention affordable? :)

apologies for the pictures, i am too lazy to edit them but i will do so in the future if there are problems loading/file size too big/etc etc. i just wanted to have an un-edited version so you could see the quality of the wig and the cute photos of an outfit i had put together with some accessories and jewelry i made myself for your own inspiration. my outfit has Gothic Lolita, Japanese schoolgirl, and american goth influence just an FYI if you were curious at all how i achieved this look.

~ my brutal new years ~

hi everyone.. its been a minute since i've posted. so i wanted to recap on everything that has happend these past few months (from what i can remember). first off i'm going to say i was in a horrible car accident Jan 14th. i was cut off, and slammed on my brakes not wanting to rear end the guy i got off the what i like to call "the oh shit shoulder". i lost control of the car and it flipped 6 times down an embankment. i was seriously injured with a broken collar bone, orbital fracture, whole right side of my face was scraped off, head trauma and short term memory loss, a 16 inch laceration down my head, and excessive blood loss. if the next car wasn't an off duty EMT i would have been dead from blood loss. i spend a week in the hospital, then it took me 2 weeks to finally get to the point where i could sleep in my own room and start doing things on my own. ie making my own food, bathing myself, putting on clothes.. etc etc. after that was all said and done i had a dr appointment a week or so ago, my doctor decided to take my staples and sutures out, and realized that if he didnt shave my head and clean out my laceration it would quickly become infected.. or even worse... stricken by gangrene. and i would have surely been dead. after he re-stitched me up, i felt just like sally from nightmare before christmas. i have 18 stitches in my head now. but the shaved line going down the middle of my head would not suffice, so i quickly went to the hair salon afterwards to get a sort of Lisbeth Salandar inspired haircut. and here is what I look like now.

aside from that, i was dumped on my birthday on Jan 6th. other than that I cannot remember most of december and January. but its only short term memory loss so that isn't a bad thing. Today i ordered some very cool boots that i've been wanting forever, some cute heart shaped glasses, and some kreepsville horns!

p.s. valentines is just around the corner. this time i dont have a boyfriend to cheat on me on valentines day. i wonder if this year valentines day will be different? i guess we'll see.. but i wont get my hopes up for my love life to turn around anytime soon.. im gonna need a miracle. ~*~*FOREVER ALONE*~*~

My new tattoo!

I've been wanting this tattoo forever. I waited since I was fresh out of highschool to get this tattoo, mostly because I wasn't sure if I was going to change my mind and decide I didn't want it anymore and there it was, permanently stuck on me forever. But I'm very happy with it and so glad I finally got it.. and for free even!

sewing for robert's halloween costume

so after a rigorous night of cutting, poking myself with needles, folding, ironing, and sewing i have completed one of my favorite projects yet, roberts tail coat!

robert and i drove to the goodwill where i let him pick out an xxxl mens dress coat. it needed to be long for the tail part (which i still need to take a picture of his backside LOL), so an xxxl was crucial. never mind that it was wide, that is an easy fix. you just fit it and sew up the sides. then comes the hard part where i put all my focus in where to cut and where to sew. it's a little hard to explain in words but maybe i might post a tutorial since i want to make one for myself. i know my words dont give it justice. and it is a really easy reconstruct, if you want to try this out you definitely should and look at examples online to wing it! difficulty i would rate at basic sewing skills, unless you're going for a clean look then i'd rate it at experienced sewing skills.

Malediction Society

I always love to go to LA, for any excuse. And i'm especially a sucker for the nightlife gawth scene. but.. when you go to a club you wanna drink right?? but damn that shit is expensive it's about 6 or 7 bones for a tiny cup! being the cheap ass that I am, i always ask the bartender for NO ice, and then a cup of water because they fill the cup up to the brim with ice and so you're basically paying 7 bucks for a cup of ice! wtf?? so i take the ice out of my water cup and put it in the alcohol. smart right? i know, im a fucking genius. (not) xD
